Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The appropriate temperature range is generally around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles, which are necessary for the color to last over time. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

When it comes to wearing the wig, the process is as follows: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) keep the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following steps: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; apply shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then air dry.

It is important to note that all wigs will shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is a normal occurrence. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove the excess hair, starting from the ends and working towards the roots. This will prevent further shedding and tangling.

For curly wigs, it is recommended to use your fingers to comb through the hair.

Regarding hairstyle and color, it is important to note that all wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig based on your personal preference. As for color, slight variations may occur depending on the settings of your computer or mobile device. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products to the best of our ability.

Please note that due to the packaging or transportation process, the wig may be out of shape when you receive it. This is not a cause for concern. Simply take a minute or two to comb it, or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be restored to the same appearance as in the product image.

The wig is approximately 12 inches/30 cm in length, and the maximum adjustable circumference is around 20-21 inches/51-53 cm, with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm.
