The wig product we offer is crafted using Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material known as "high-temperature resistance fiber." This fiber can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius. The recommended temperature range for styling is around 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, please exercise caution when curling or straightening the hair, as exposure to high temperatures can potentially cause damage.

Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing. This is because the hair lacks the necessary cuticle structure to retain color for an extended period, and the wig cap construction prevents effective application and removal of hair creams and rinses.

When wearing the wig, follow these simple steps: a. Gently comb the wig using a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs). b. Secure the wig cap in place using the provided buckle. c. Spritz the wig with a wig care solution and style the hair to your desired look.

To clean and maintain the wig, start by straightening it out. In a basin of cold water, add a small amount of shampoo and submerge the wig, allowing it to soak for 5-10 minutes. Gently press the wig to wash it, then rinse thoroughly with water. After air-drying, you can lightly apply a wig care solution.

Please note that the perceived color of the wig may occasionally differ from the actual color due to various factors, such as computer monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, camera pixel resolution, and individual color perception. Rest assured that the wig is 100% brand new and made from high-temperature fiber.

If the top of the wig appears slightly frizzy, this is a normal occurrence and is not a cause for concern. The frizzy texture can actually contribute to a fuller and more natural-looking hairstyle.

The wig's length is approximately 30 cm or 11.8 inches, with a possible error margin of 1-2 cm. The maximum circumference of the wig cap is approximately 20-21 inches or 51-53 cm, with a similar error margin. The size is adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig may appear slightly compressed upon arrival. Simply shake the wig gently, and it will regain its fluffy, picture-perfect appearance.
