The wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wig product cannot be dyed, as it lacks the necessary hair cuticle to retain color for an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a) gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; d) keep the wig in place.

For wig cleaning and care, first detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. Then, apply shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, and dry with a towel. Gently shake the wig to regain its style, and allow it to air dry naturally.

All wigs will shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle. (Tip: for curly wigs, it is recommended to comb by hand).

The hairstyle of each wig may vary slightly from batch to batch, as they are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. The color may also vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transport-related compression, the wig might be out of shape when received. This can be easily remedied by combing it for a minute or two, or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and the wig will then appear as shown in the picture.

The wig is approximately 24 inches/60 cm in length, and the maximum circumference is around 20-21 inches/51-53 cm, with a normal variation of 1-2 cm. The size is adjustable.
